Co-founding Partner I. Hooshie Broomand began his career in Los Angeles in a trial boutique firm handling multiple trials and arbitrations. Mr. Broomand eventually accepted a position with a large national law firm acting as its general civil litigator in its Sacramento office.
From 2009-2013, Mr. Broomand received the honor of being nominated by his peers as a Super Lawyer-Rising Star, which is only bestowed on 2.5% of California’s lawyers.
Mr. Broomand’s clients over the years range from individuals to Fortune 200 companies. His practice includes general civil litigation with a background in product defects, business claims/contractual disputes, real estate, construction, employment, high end personal injury claims and public entity litigation, where he represents numerous school districts throughout Northern California.

PROFESSIONAL AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
In law school, Mr. Broomand was president of the Student Body. Upon graduation, he became president of the Sacramento Bar, Barristers’ Organization and is a member of several nationwide groups such as DRI and CAALA.
